It is our duty of care to ensure that our services and practices are of high standard, by meeting your expectations and upholding our responsibilities at all times. Whether you wish to give a compliment, make a complaint, or provide feedback of any kind, we want to hear from you—your input helps us improve our services and systems.
This policy applies to our NDIS participants and their families, as well as our staff and others involved in community services.
Please note that this policy does not cover complaints related to:

Compliments refer to positive feedback, praise, encouragement, or gratitude regarding the services received from any of the groups mentioned above.
Complaints refer to concerns raised about services received that did not meet expectations or were delivered unsatisfactorily.
Feedback refers to suggestions or comments provided to help us reflect and implement actions to improve our services.
