What We Offer:

Tehila Health Services has registered nurses available 24/7 to manage complex health needs. For example, THS can arrange for a qualified nurse to be on call day and night, providing continuous monitoring of health, medications, wound care, and more. This kind of around-the-clock support helps keep clients safe and independent at home, including overnight nursing care as needed. Families can rest easy knowing someone trained is always available.
THS support workers provide one-on-one assistance whether you live on your own or in a shared setting. We’re here to help you stay clean, comfortable, and independent. In group homes or shared living arrangements, our staff also support clients with everyday routines like meals, cleaning, and getting ready, working together in a way that respects each person’s needs and promotes independence.

Daily living tasks that involve complex health support like tube feeding, ventilators, injections, or wound care. If you have high support needs, a specially trained worker helps with these important self-care tasks. THS staff are trained to safely manage these supports. For example, we can provide a worker skilled in insulin injections, catheter care, or enteral feeding.
Clinical health support delivered in your home or in the community. THS nurses can assist with medication management, wound care, stoma and catheter care, and other complex needs. We also work with families to teach them how to manage health tasks safely at home. This keeps you healthy without needing to visit a clinic or hospital frequently.

We help you join in community and social events like sports, clubs, volunteering, or hobby groups. THS can provide a support worker to accompany you or help build your social confidence so you can participate more independently over time.
THS helps you get to appointments, community events, work, or other places if you cannot drive or use public transport easily. We can help book transport, accompany you on trips, or support travel training so you can become more confident getting around. It might include using taxis, wheelchair-accessible transport, or teaching you how to catch a bus or train.

If your disability makes it hard to do chores, We can help with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and other essential household jobs. We step in to keep your home clean, safe, and comfortable.
Support coordination that helps you through big life changes. That could mean moving house, starting a new job, leaving hospital, or adjusting to a new care setting. THS can help you plan, organize, and manage these transitions so that your supports are in place and you feel confident moving forward.

Tehila Health Services (THS) help you build practical skills for everyday life. We offer tailored support to help you learn things like cooking, cleaning, budgeting, grocery shopping, or travelling on your own. Each session is designed around your personal goals, so you can grow in confidence and take more control of your daily routines.
Respite care gives carers a short break while making sure the participant is still cared for in a safe and supportive environment. At THS, respite can happen in your home or in short-term accommodation. If your usual carer needs a break, we can step in for a few hours, overnight, or longer. This also gives clients a chance to socialise, try new things, and grow their independence in a fresh setting.

SIL means having regular help with daily tasks while living in a shared home with others. It’s best for clients who need support with things like personal care, cooking, or managing medication—sometimes around the clock. THS provides tailored SIL supports so you can build independence and live comfortably with housemates. We help with morning routines, meals, cleaning, and personal goals in a stable home environment.

Home Care Services
Live-in Home Care
The Tehila Health Service is working to give its customers more options for how they can set up support in their home. NDIS participants are encouraged to complete a Home and Living Supports Request Form if they have an aligned home and living goal that is not able to be met through mainstream, informal, community or other supports. The NDIA will review the information provided in this application and any other supporting documentation provided. The NDIA will use this information to identify appropriate home and living funding supports options that may assist the participant to pursue their goals.
